I have a sincere confession to make:
I used to feast on falsehood and fantasies;
hell and heaven were to me, mere mysteries…
I have buried those moments and memories.
I have a sincere confession to make:
God’s grace is greater than all our guilt…
His love has broken the barriers Satan built…
sin lost its sting when His blood was spilt.
I have a sincere confession to make:
We are in Christ more than conquerors…
never to tremble before tumultuous terrors
and not to be entangled by earthly errors.
I have a sincere confession to make:
God sent His son, they call Him Jesus…
His death and resurrection changed our status,
so we can sing in heaven the eternal chorus.
I have a sincere confession to make:
God can make the impossible possible…
H e sees the invisible and hears the inaudible;
His ways and works are simply unsearchable.
I have a sincere confession to make:
We have a testimony no tongue can tell…
a holy heritage no merchant can sell…
and a passion that is hotter than hell.
I have a sincere confession to make:
I used to feast on falsehood and fantasies;
hell and heaven to me were mere mysteries…
I have buried those moments and memories.
